Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Softcen, a Finnish company (Business ID: 2587908-2) ("Softcen," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your use of our mobile applications, websites, and related services (the "Service").

BY INSTALLING, USING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SERVICE.

1. Eligibility and Access

Age Limit: You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your country (e.g., under 18), your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

License: Softcen grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

2. Ownership and IP

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including game code, art, characters, and themes) are owned by Softcen. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service or purchasing Virtual Items.

3. Purchases and Refunds

3.1. Virtual Items

You may purchase a limited license to use "Virtual Items" (gems, coins, or skins). These items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.2. Platform & Refund Policy

Platform Terms: All transactions are handled by the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Their respective terms regarding billing and refunds apply.

No Direct Refunds: Except where required by law, all purchases are final. Softcen cannot process refunds directly for transactions made via Apple or Google.

EU Right of Withdrawal: If you reside in the EU/EEA, by making a purchase, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered to your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use cheats, automation software (bots), or hacks.
Modify game files or disrupt the Service's normal flow.
Engage in toxic, abusive, or offensive behavior toward other users or Softcen employees.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOFTCEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the District Court of Helsinki, Finland.
